Designer and Founder of KO Couture, Kelly Owens never stops amazing me with her one-of-a kind dog couture creations.  She’s a true artist, finding inspiration in fashion, nature and everything around her.  Every time I reach out to her for a client, she creates jaw dropping designs to rival any couture fashion runway designer.
