Streetwear has dipped it’s toes into the PupStyle pool with previous dog product efforts from the Billionaire Boys Club and Tokyo’s super-dope street label Anokha but now get ready as the rest of the Streetwear world get’s hip to the style vacuum in the pet space!
One of the leaders of the streetwear movement – Kaws has teamed up with Japanese label Porter to bring about the the Teeth design Collar and Leash. Originally offered exclusively through the Colette store in Paris they sold out within days. Now the remaining few are being offered through the OriginalFake Store in Japan as well as selected metropolitan stockists in the US (Union LA, Union NYC). Kaws has a history of offering up items for his four-legged fans – back in 2008 he released a chew toy designed to look like a dog turd(see photo below). We look forward to more releases for doggies in the future!
Wow this is a cool use of corrugated cardboard! This cardboard flat-pack folds together to become a free-standing Treat Dispenser & Game. The Amazing Treat Machine is a simple yet innovative dog toy that can entertain your pup for hours. In a nutshell – the dog drops a tennis ball into the top of the box and the ball comes out the bottom with some kibble or treats! It is a very straight-forward concept and looks to capture the interest of their dog-model Hustler (check the video below).

Check out Late For The Sky’s new line of Dog-O-poly games with 12 breed specific games to choose from. It a fun spin on the traditional monopoly that both adults and kids can enjoy. The PupStyle Squad held a Chihuahua-opoly tournament with our resident 8 year blogger Parker beating the pants off of the rest of the office. We found the game easy enough for her to understand as she was able to relate to the board and playing pieces unlike traditional Monopoly game.
“What I like best about the game is seeing all the cute dogs” says Parker.
Late For The Sky also makes custom games at your request and many breed rescue groups sell these games for fundraisers. We LOOOOVE that idea! Makes a great gift for birthdays and holidays! Maybe it’s time for PupStyle-opoly?? hmmmm. 🙂

The super nice folks at West Paw Designs sent our super toy tester Flo the Jack Russell to test out their Eco Friendly Seahorse plush toy. Normally plush toys introduced to Flo are destroyed in seconds – literally (her record stands at 28 seconds!). Even with a sewn-in squeaker (which only drives Flo crazier with ripping desire!) this seahorse stood up to multiple chewing sessions without so much as a tear. Eventually (3 days later) Flo was able to open a hole and start removing the IntelliLoft™ filling – which btw sticks together and does not end up everywhere like standard cotton stuffing.
